Service Description

Therapy is my passion! There is so much stress in life and I love helping guide people in navigating the stress in their life. No matter if it is a result of a difficult life situation or just a need for more coping skills, I have had the opportunity to be a part of helping individuals grow from anxious, sad or angry to confident and happy after engagement in therapy. Over the last decade, I have trained and developed a wealth of skills including being able to use art and play therapy techniques to increase the effectiveness of therapy.
