I am so excited that you are considering me as the therapist for yourself or your child. The transition that takes place in therapy is so exciting to be a part of.   You may start in a difficult place, but with the work you do and the support I provide you will quickly start to see positive changes. My social work background has me work from a strength’s based approach.  This means I will guide you in recognizing how to cope and move forward to bring out all the good that is already inside you!
